Design and Working Principle:

The storage rack roll forming machine incorporates an automated roll former, which consists of a series of rolling stations that transform the steel strip into the required shape of the storage rack. The machine begins with the decoiling of the steel coil and then passes it through a leveling machine, where it is flattened. The flattened strip is then fed into the roll former through a series of rollers, which progressively shape the strip into the final shape of the storage rack.
