The production line is controlled by PLC and it adopts advanced technological conditions such as automatic strip steel leveling, precise feeding and punching, multi-pass roll forming, computer sizing and cutting to maximally ensure the shape, position, size and linearity of the profiles it produced. The production line can integrate MES system to provide customers with accurate real-time production data, so as to optimize production links and improve product competitiveness.
Our cold roll forming production line is widely used in these fields: elevator, aerospace, automobile, new energy, transportation, construction, furniture and other industries.
1.2General contract of elevator guide rail machining production line with annually output 5000-500000tons.
